OUR STORY
The H Spot was founded in Atlanta, Georgia in 2018 to support wholeness and contentment within the human experience. We began by providing integrative health coaching services and quickly grew into a full-scale natural health service, specializing in women, children and inflammatory-related dis-eases.
We offer a variety of services, ranging from doula care, health coaching, herbalism, homeopathy and naturopathic approaches to aid in your wellness journey.
